Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Wovia Transit mobile application and WoviaTransit.web.app (the "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Transit Data & Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

The Service displays public transit schedules, route lines, stop coordinates, and live departure telemetry derived from municipal Open Data Portals under applicable Open Data Licences.

• Independent Application: This App is an independent transit mobility tool developed to assist riders and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by municipal transit authorities.
• Schedule Accuracy: While we strive to provide real-time updates and accurate timetables, bus schedules, detour alerts, and transit operations are subject to unexpected weather, traffic, mechanical delays, and route modifications. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

3. Advertisements & In-App Content

The Service is supported by advertising delivered via Google AdMob. By using the Service, you agree to the display of commercial advertisements within the application.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of Wovia Transit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including missed appointments, lost wages, or transit delays) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
